30-Day Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

Email us at valknutwarriorss@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. We recommend recording a short video while opening your parcel, as this helps us resolve any damage claim quickly.

Please note: our products are individually hand-finished, so minor variations in shade, paint tone and detailing are a natural feature of each handcrafted replica and are not considered defects.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or personalized orders and gift cards cannot be returned. If you have questions about a specific item, please get in touch before ordering.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and, once your return is accepted, place a new order for the item you want.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification. The item must meet the same condition requirements described above.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some extra time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.
